You On Display

Social media can be good. In fact, I believe it can be great. By that, I mean social media has the power to transform and shift people's mindsets about how much they are capable of. But, what I've noticed is that it also highlights the negative/distorted/comparison traps that we get in regular social interactions. I've realized that social media is not really the problem - it's our thoughts. 

After working with countless people, I've realized that how we do ONE thing is how we do everything. If you are detailed in how you keep your car, chances are your backpack/purse/pockets reflect that. So, the work starts with figuring out who you are. What do you think about? More than that, how do you think about yourself?
